The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. Thank you Ash!!Įvery single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. The finance office was the part I was most scared of. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. Really much better than the other dealerships we'd visited in the previous 2 weeks. When my husband and I are ready to purchase a car for ourselves, which may be sooner rather than later, this dealership will be our first stop. The dealership office isn't beautiful to look at, and the staff have a pretty informal air about them, but it is truly a no-pressure sales office, with good prices and a really good vibe. We were both extremely happy with their service, their quality, and their attitude. They worked with us on my daughters financing, which was through her bank, but hadn't quite finished up. The car was priced lower than we had seen elsewhere, and was in better shape than one we had seen the day before at a different dealership. David was super-helpful and made the whole transaction seamless and stress-free, which was quite an accomplishment since my daughter was a nervous wreck over the whole car search. We were, however, very pleasantly surprised at Toyota 101, as they had a car that she had looked at previously elsewhere, but had given up on (she was actually looking at another car they had there). We weren't hopeful, as we had been to see several cars already, and had met up with many slimy, high-pressure sales people. After a long search for a car for my daughter (her purchase, I was just there for support), we ended up at Toyota 101.
